Most payment companies sit between you and your funds — they hold balances, set review policies, and can freeze first and ask questions later. We designed ourselves out of that position on purpose.
- We never hold your funds. Deposits forward on-chain to your own address. There is no SureSettles balance, no withdrawal request, no payout schedule.
- You keep the controls. Quarantine policy, settlement address, webhook endpoints — the levers that matter sit in your dashboard.
- We say what the product does. Every claim on this site is written against what the rail actually does today.
