TL;DR: We build settlement software — we are not a bank. Your settlement funds forward on-chain to your own address; we do not hold balances and cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction. What we can do, and in some cases must do, is screen deposits before they are credited.

01 — Nature of the service

SureSettles, S.A. develops and operates non-custodial crypto payment and settlement infrastructure: an embeddable cashier, a merchant dashboard, an API, and the routing and conversion systems behind them. We are a software and infrastructure company — not a bank, exchange, or deposit-taking institution. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design.

02 — Terms of use

The services are provided as-is and as-available. Merchants are solely responsible for the security of their own wallets and private keys, for safeguarding dashboard credentials and API keys, and for the accuracy of the settlement address they configure. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. The services may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to launder the proceeds of crime, or to evade sanctions.

03 — Privacy: what we collect, and what the blockchain shows

We practice data minimization: we collect what is needed to operate the services, and no more. We do not sell personal data. The blockchain is a public ledger — every transaction is permanently and publicly recorded on-chain. Non-custodial settlement should not be confused with anonymity.

04 — Compliance, sanctions and restricted use

Deposit screening is part of the service. Sender addresses are risk-scored as payments arrive; high-risk payments go to quarantine. You may not use the services if you are located in a comprehensively embargoed jurisdiction or are a sanctioned or designated person. Merchants are responsible for their own regulatory position.

05 — Governing law and contact
