TL;DR: SureSettles develops payment and settlement software. Deposits not blocked under the route policy settle as USDT on TRON (TRC-20) to the merchant-configured wallet. SureSettles does not maintain merchant balances; funds may be in transit while routes complete. Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Confirmed sanctions or high-risk matches block credit; review-band results, provider outages, or unresolved sender data may proceed with an operational warning.

01 — Nature of the service

SureSettles, S.A. develops and operates crypto payment and settlement infrastructure: an embeddable cashier, a merchant dashboard, an API, and routing and conversion systems. Cleared deposits settle as USDT on TRON (TRC-20) to the wallet configured by the merchant. SureSettles does not maintain merchant balances; funds may be in transit while a route completes. Confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible.

02 — Terms of use

The services are provided as-is and as-available. Merchants are solely responsible for the security of their own wallets and private keys, for safeguarding dashboard credentials and API keys, and for the accuracy of the settlement address they configure. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. The services may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to launder the proceeds of crime, or to evade sanctions.

03 — Privacy: what we collect, and what the blockchain shows

We collect information needed to operate the services and respond to support requests. Contact-form inquiries include the submitter's name, work email, company, estimated daily deposit volume and message; our email provider processes the message for delivery to sales. To limit abuse, the contact endpoint uses an in-memory rate-limit bucket keyed by a hash of the client IP; inquiry fields are not written to application logs. Do not send passwords, API keys, wallet private keys or other sensitive information through the form. We do not sell personal data. The blockchain is a public ledger — every transaction is permanently and publicly recorded on-chain. Merchant-controlled settlement does not provide anonymity.

04 — Compliance, sanctions and restricted use

Deposit screening is part of the service on supported routes, using available sender data and configured sanctions and risk providers. Under the current policy, positive sanctions matches and high-risk results block credit; review-band results, provider outages, or unresolved or incomplete sender data may proceed with an operational warning rather than an automatic hold. Blocking cases follow route-specific controls and applicable law; sanctions findings can restrict release. You may not use the services if you are located in a comprehensively embargoed jurisdiction or are a sanctioned or designated person. Merchants are responsible for their own regulatory position.

05 — Governing law and contact
